Genetic of Skeletal Muscle Insulin Resistance
Genetic of Skeletal Muscle Insulin Resistance

NCT07780513

RecruitingNA

Sponsor: The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio

Conditions: Insulin Stimulated

Interventions: Insulin 80mU/m2*min

Countries: United States

In this study, we will use euglycemic/hyperinsulinemic clamps, longitudinal skeletal muscle biopsies, and single nucleus RNA- and ATAC- sequencing to reveal cell type-specific molecular response Quantitative trait loci (rQTLs) acutely regulated by insulin signaling and glucose uptake.
