In this study the investigators will compare the post operative opoid consumption for patient undergoing modified radical mastectomy. The patients will be divided into two groups one group will receive modified pectoral nerve block with local anesthetic ropivacaine combined with tramadol and other group will receive pectoral nerve block with ropivacaine only

Eligibility criteria
Inclusion Criteria: 1. Female Patients aged 20-70 years 2. Patients scheduled for elective unilateral modified radical mastectomy 3. Patients with ASAI andII physical status. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Patients on anticoagulant therapy. 2. Patients with a BMI≥35 kg/m3. 3. Patients with a history of allergy to local anesthetics. 4. Patients with significant neurological or psychiatric disorders. 5. Pregnant patients.
