Age: 18 Years to 70 Years

Healthy volunteers: No

Study type: OBSERVATIONAL

Eligibility criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

* Myeloma patients ages 18-70 years.
* Undergoing upfront autoHCT (≤12 months from start of initial therapy for myeloma).

Exclusion Criteria:

* Patients with light chain (AL) amyloidosis or myeloma with associated AL amyloidosis.
* POEMS syndrome
